Panta provides the infrastructure to make these experiences possible. Panta is a market infrastructure that powers the creation and trading of prediction markets for individuals and businesses. Through the Panta API, builders can access core prediction market functionality including market discovery, market data, market creation, trading, positions, and claims.

For Colosseum Crypto World's Fair, we are offering a $5,000 USDG Sidetrack prize pool for builders who use Panta API to explore what prediction markets can become when they are built into products, applications, and experiences beyond a traditional prediction market platform. Submit your project to both the official Colosseum Crypto World's Fair hackathon and the Panta Sidetrack on Superteam Earn. 

Submitting to the Panta Sidetrack does not replace your official Colosseum submission.

What Can You Build?

• Prediction Market Applications: Build a new prediction market experience using Panta as the underlying infrastructure.

• Trading & Analytics: Build trading terminals, dashboards, analytics platforms, market discovery tools, or other applications that help users understand and interact with prediction markets.

• Sports & Events: Build products around sports, entertainment, crypto, elections, news, or other real-world events.

• Social Prediction: Build social products where communities can create, discover, discuss, and trade on predictions.

• AI + Prediction Markets: Build AI-powered products that use Panta markets or market data as part of the user experience.

• Creator & Community Products: Build tools that allow creators, communities, media platforms, or organizations to create and distribute prediction markets to their audiences.

• Existing Product Integration: Add prediction-market functionality to an existing application or product being developed for Crypto World's Fair.

• New Prediction Market Experiences: Find a use case we have not considered. The product should demonstrate why prediction-market infrastructure makes the experience better or possible in the first place.

Eligibility

To participate in the Panta API Sidetrack:

• Register for the official Colosseum Crypto World's Fair hackathon.

• Submit your project through the official Colosseum platform.

• Meet the eligibility requirements of the official Colosseum hackathon.

• Submit your project to the Panta Sidetrack through Superteam Earn.

• Meaningfully integrate the Panta API into your project.

• Provide a working demonstration of the product.

Teams may participate in the main Colosseum hackathon and other eligible Sidetracks in accordance with the official hackathon rules.

Submission Requirements

• Your submission should be a working demo or compelling prototype.

• Clearly explain what you built and the problem or use case it addresses.

• Clearly explain how Panta API is integrated into your project.

• Submit your project to the official Colosseum Crypto World's Fair hackathon and the Panta Sidetrack on Superteam Earn.

• Submissions must be in English.

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be judged on:

• Panta API Integration: How meaningfully is Panta API used within the product?

• Technical Execution: The quality, functionality, and implementation of the product.

• Product & User Experience: How clear, intuitive, and useful is the product?

• Originality: How interesting or novel is the use case?

• Impact Potential: The potential for real-world use beyond the hackathon.

• Traction: Evidence of users, usage, or early traction.

• 1st Place: 2000 USDG

• 2nd Place: 1000 USDG

• 3rd Place: 1000 USDG
