Task options: Conducting a competitor analysis and working with the founding team to nail the startup elevator pitch and differentiators/unique selling points; Providing an investor-style review of the startup slide deck, providing feedback and making improvements to get the materials investor-ready; Developing a go to market or recruitment strategy, in sufficient detail that it is executable by the startup based on their skillset and available resources.
