Think of us as a decentralized talent agency for all things Solana.<h2 class="heading-node">Mission</h2>Provide a detailed, up-to-date report on Solana communities like IslandDAO, mtnDAO, or CastleDAO, gathered through direct interviews or first-hand experience.<h2 class="heading-node">Scope Detail</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>The report must focus on a specific Solana community, with priority given to high quality, consistent, multiple reports from various communities. Here are some eligible communities: MountainDAO Nepal superteam popup CastleDAO IslandDAO Network School Superteam Solana Hackerhouse lucid drakes monkeDAO OnionDAO And any others! </li><li>The information must be up-to-date and reflect current activities and insights from the communities.</li><li>Reports must be based on direct engagement:<ul class="list-node"><li>Directly interview keynote stakeholders or owners of one of these communities.</li><li>Have a first-hand account of living at one of these locations.</li><li>Interview someone who has a first-hand account of living at one of these places, or deeply integrated into the community if its decentralized.</li></ul></li><li>This is not research that can be done using AI tools; genuine human interaction and experience are required.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>A video of the interview detailing the chosen Solana community and your findings</li><li>Clearly describe your direct engagement (e.g., "I interviewed [Name] from [Community] on [Date]" or "I lived at [Community] from [Start Date] to [End Date]").</li><li>The report should be comprehensive, covering aspects like community structure, key initiatives, daily life (if applicable), challenges, successes, and future plans.</li><li>Reports that are in Social Media content (tiktok, reels, stories, etc) will also be considered if there is high quality engagement. This will need to be multiple pieces of content.</li><li>Must be in English.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Authenticity: Strong evidence of direct engagement (interviews or first-hand experience).</li><li>Depth and Insight: Thoroughness, detail, and unique understandings presented in the report.</li><li>Clarity: Well-organized, easy to understand, and engaging writing.</li><li>Up-to-dateness: The information provided should be current and relevant to recent developments.</li><li>Originality: Content must be unique and not plagiarized.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Reward Structure</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>1st Place: 500 USDG</li><li>2nd Place: 300 USDG</li><li>3rd Place: 200 USDG</li></ul>
