The teams that win — in hackathons and in crypto — are the ones who know how to tell their story, build their audience, and show up consistently where it matters.This track is for builders who want to create skills that help early-stage Solana projects and founders do exactly that. We're looking for skills that solve real social and strategic challenges:How do you get people to care about your project when no one knows you yet? How do you build a founder voice that stands out in a noisy ecosystem?The best skills in this track won't just win prizes — they'll become tools that every new Solana project reaches for on day one.Each participant can submit one skill per topic. Skills must be published on SagaPad Skill Marketplace and introduced on X with a post explaining what the skill does, what input it takes, and what output it gives.<h2 class="heading-node">🏆 Topic 1 — Hackathon Project Social Playbook Skill</h2>You just submitted your hackathon project. Now what? Most teams ship great products but fail to tell their story — and in crypto, narrative is half the battle. Without a clear social strategy, even the best projects get buried.Build a skill that helps newly submitted hackathon projects craft their story and build maximum social capital on X from day zero. Your project talks about the product. Your personal account is about you — your thinking, your POV, your journey. Most founders either copy their project's tone or post nothing at all. Both are missed opportunities.Build a skill that helps Solana founders build a distinctive personal brand on X with their own voice, writing style, and point of view. The skill should study the X profiles and posting patterns of the biggest Solana founders — extracting what makes each unique: their writing style, content mix, engagement habits, how they build conviction publicly — and translate those patterns into a personalized strategy for any founder.<h3 class="heading-node">Input (what the skill receives)</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Founder name</li><li>What they're building</li><li>Their background (technical / non-technical / operator / researcher etc.)</li><li>What they care about most (DeFi, AI, consumer crypto, etc.)</li><li>Their natural communication style (casual / analytical / contrarian / storyteller etc.)</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Output (what the skill produces)</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Unique POV — the one perspective this founder should own on X</li><li>Content pillars — 3–4 recurring topics to post about consistently</li><li>Writing style guide — tone, sentence structure, use of jargon, how personal to get</li><li>Weekly posting rhythm — how many posts, what types (threads vs short takes vs replies)</li><li>Engagement playbook — who to follow, how to reply to big accounts, how to join trending conversations</li><li>Example first 10 posts written in their voice</li></ul><h1 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements (both topics)</h1><ul class="list-node"><li>Your skill must be hosted in a public GitHub repository under your own GitHub account.
