BananaZone is looking for a highly online, crypto-native Community Manager / Degen to help us grow our presence across X and Telegram.

This isn’t a traditional community manager role. We want someone who understands Crypto Twitter, knows how to reply-guy without sounding like a brand account, can spot memes and narratives early and is comfortable making BananaZone feel loud, chaotic and impossible to ignore.

You’ll work closely with the founding, creative and growth teams to:

• Own day-to-day engagement across X and Telegram

• Reply-guy relevant accounts, projects, founders and communities

• Help create memes, posts, polls, competitions and engagement ideas

• Keep Telegram active, fun and well moderated

• Help build relationships with other crypto communities and creators

• Support our weekly BananaZone events, live sessions and community activations

• React quickly to trends, memes and whatever madness is happening on-chain

• Feed ideas back into the team around content, partnerships and community sentiment

• Track growth and provide a simple weekly report on what’s working

We want someone with real Web3 community experience, ideally someone who already spends far too much time on X and Telegram and understands Solana culture.

If your idea of community management is scheduling three tweets a week, this probably isn’t for you. We want someone who’s in the trenches with us and can help make BananaZone one of the most recognisable communities on Solana.
