We're looking for an intern for Turbine.Cash. Want someone to help us connect with our community and grow our presence, especially on social media. This gig is all about engaging with our audience and making content that empowers growth.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to help us boost our engagement and grow our community. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and responding to mentions of Turbine Cash across X (Twitter) and Telegram.

• Actively engaging with our community members on X and Telegram to foster discussions and build relationships.

• Developing creative strategies to increase our following and overall reach on social media.

• Creating topical memes that resonate with crypto Twitter culture.

• Drafting short blog posts and articles, along with infographics related to Turbine Cash and the broader privacy landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Crypto Twitter culture and current trends.

• Proven ability to create engaging and humorous content.

• Excellent written communication skills with a natural, engaging tone.

• Familiarity with community management best practices on platforms like X and Telegram.

• Good command over designing tools like Canva/Photoshop.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Application Requirements

Please submit the following:

• Basic information about where you’re from, your previous work experience, and other valuable information.

• Links to your X (Twitter) profile or any other social media handles where you've demonstrated community engagement or meme creation.

• Create a Turbine.Cash meme that would go with the current privacy narrative.

• Draft 5 replies to any posts on X, that talk about Privacy. Replies should be drafted from the perspective of Turbine Cash.

• Create a infographic for any of the previous announcements made on Turbine’s X. Your goal should be to make something which is better than the existing infographic. (Infographic to be made on Figma, Canva or Photoshop. AI generated images will lead to application being rejected.)

• Your proposed monthly rate within the compensation range.

Evaluation Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on:

• Demonstrated understanding of crypto culture and ability to create relevant content.

• Quality and creativity of infographic, meme and tweets.

• Previous work experience and relevant skills needed for the position.

Note: We will only be hiring talent from Europe, please do not apply if you are from a different region.

Availability

Ideal working hours:

• 13:00 - 23:00 UTC

• 6 days a week

Compensation

Compensation range: 2000 - 3000 USDC a month. Please state your desired rate within this range in your application.
