We're looking for an intern for Turbine.Cash. Want someone to help us connect with our community and grow our presence, especially on social media. This gig is all about engaging with our audience and making content that empowers growth.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to help us boost our engagement and grow our community. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and responding to mentions of Turbine Cash across X (Twitter) and Telegram.

• Actively engaging with our community members on X and Telegram to foster discussions and build relationships.

• Developing creative strategies to increase our following and overall reach on social media.

• Creating topical memes that resonate with crypto Twitter culture.

• Drafting short blog posts and articles related to Turbine Cash and the broader privacy landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Crypto Twitter culture and current trends.

• Proven ability to create engaging and humorous content.

• Excellent written communication skills with a natural, engaging tone.

• Familiarity with community management best practices on platforms like X and Telegram.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Application Requirements

• Create a Turbine.Cash meme that would go with the current privacy narrative.

• A small blogpost going over “Why privacy in crypto is important“ referencing Turbine.Cash

• Draft a sample X (Twitter) post on how you would update the community regarding the following things achieved by Turbine.Cash this week:

  • New user onboarded up 50% WoW

  • USDC deposits cross $70k mark, up from $34k last week

  • new feature rolled out that let’s users track current APY on $ZSOL

• Are you familiar with basic editing on Canva? If not, are you willing to learn that skillset?

• Your proposed monthly rate within the compensation range.

Evaluation Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on:

• Demonstrated understanding of crypto culture and ability to create relevant memes.

• Quality and creativity of blogpost and tweet.

• Clarity and enthusiasm expressed in the cover letter.

• Suitability of proposed monthly compensation.

Availability

Ideal working hours:

• 13:00 - 23:00 UTC

• 6 days a week

Compensation

Compensation range: 1000 - 1500 USDC a month. Please state your desired rate within this range in your application.
