Superteam Singapore is a community focused on supporting and growing Solana projects in Singapore. We're a collective of experienced builders, creatives, and operators, helping promising projects launch and scale within the ecosystem. As a trusted partner, we provide comprehensive fundraising guidance and connect high-potential local projects with strategic investors. We also run hackathons, bootcamps, and programs to help builders ship products, meet fellow builders, and access funding. For this gig, we're looking for someone to help us deeply engage with our community and amplify our presence across social media platforms.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Social Media Content Lead to manage our content engine and social presence from start to finish. This role involves:

• Designing and producing engaging visual assets including short-form videos, infographics, memes, and branded graphics.

• Crafting platform-native copy for various channels (e.g., X threads, LinkedIn long-form posts, Instagram captions), ensuring brand identity is maintained across different tones and formats.

• Developing and implementing engagement-driven content strategies.

• Planning, scheduling, and managing a consistent content calendar across all our social channels (X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

• Engaging with the community daily by replying to comments, quote-tweeting, sparking conversations, and fostering an active comments section.

Required Qualifications

• A strong portfolio or active social media account demonstrating your content style and proven results.

• Proficiency in design tools to create visual collateral independently.

• Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem is a plus.

• Based in SIngapore

Compensation
