We are looking for a contributor to develop a high-quality, visually compelling report (1–2 pages) designed to attract top university students and fresh graduates into the Solana ecosystem.

There is a gap in what talents perceive career to be in crypto and the actual opportunities available today. Many high-potential graduates still default to traditional big tech, finance or emerging startups in AI. This initiative aims to showcase Solana as a high-growth career ecosystem and provide guidance on how they can participate in the ecosystem.

📘 Deliverables

1. Executive Report (1–2 Pages)

The report should highlight:

• Competitive base pay with strong upside through equity and token incentives

• Building the next generation of internet-native capital markets

• A high-ownership environment where talent can take responsibility, learn quickly, and create direct impact

• A globally connected opportunity with accessible remote work opportunities and cross-border collaboration

The final output should clearly communicate why Solana is a great career destination for ambitious young talents.

Suggested structure (Open to improvement)

• The Solana Opportunity:

  • Explain why web3 and Solana is a compelling ecosystem for builders and talent

• The Ecosystem Landscape

  • Provide a structured breakdown of solana ecosystem including: DeFi, infra, tools, consumer apps, RWA, etc.

  • This section should have a visual ecosystem map with representative projects to illustrate opportunity density

• Career Roles

  • Outline both technical and non technical roles

  • Highlight work environments including remote opportunities, cross border collaboration with international exposure, startup style work environment with lean teams and high individual impact

• Compensation Overview

  • Compare compensation of Solana roles with traditional Singapore career path

  • Provide a comparison against popular sectors such as big Tech, Banking & Finance.

• How to break into Solana

  • Provide examples :

    • Contribute to open source, participate in local hackathon and bootcamps, earn through bounties and grants, build publicly

2. Visual Requirements

The report must include strong visual elements such as:

• Solana ecosystem map

• Compensation comparison visualization

• Any other areas where appropriate

3. Research & Data

Include credible data where possible. All sources should be cited clearly at the end.

📅 Estimated Time to Complete

The project is expected to be completed within 2 weeks after acceptance. The timeline should account for any potential revisions.

• Outline submission: 3-5 days after acceptance

• Draft submission: 7–10 days

• Final revision: Within 2 weeks

Note: The selected candidate may be required to participate in regular progress meetings and provide timely updates on the project's status

💰 Payment Structure

Milestone-based payments:

• 20% – Outline approved

• 40% – First draft delivered

• 40% – Final polished version with visuals
