Eligibility: Not Available for Employed Web3 Developers — This is a learning exercise and challenge exclusively for early career developers who have not yet secured a full-time job in the web3 industry and are not founders of investor-backed startups. Developers of bootstrapped startups are welcome to compete.

Judging Criteria: To be eligible as winner, you first of all need to complete the challenge. To then determine the winner between the submissions, the judges look at the insights shared in the twitter post. The more detailed your insights (what you learned, how you might use the skills, etc), the better your chances of winning.
