As we migrate from EVM to Solana, we are transitioning from a whitelabel B2B institutional DeFi focus to a B2C model with distributors. Our mission is to create advanced financial tools that leverage the power of blockchain technology to provide secure, efficient, and profitable options for our users. Our latest initiative involves developing a sophisticated vault on the Solana blockchain that integrates multiple DeFi strategies.

Project Scope

We are looking for an experienced DeFi developer to create a versatile Solana vault. The project will start with the development of a general vault that encapsulates all our business logic. Once the general vault is established, we will proceed to integrate specific strategies, including lending, liquidity pooling, staking, and delta-neutral strategies.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in DeFi protocols and extensive experience with Anchor on the Solana blockchain.

• Development Skills: Proven ability to create complex smart contracts and integrate multiple DeFi strategies within a single vault.

• Security Focused: Ensure robust security measures to protect user funds and maintain the integrity of the vault.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our CTO and Head of Quant & Strategies throughout the development process.

Compensation and Opportunities

The total compensation for this project will be competitive and based on the developer’s experience and the quality of work delivered. The payment will be milestone-based, with specific deliverables outlined and agreed upon before the project begins. Additionally, there is potential for a permanent position for exceptionally talented candidates.

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrable experience in developing DeFi applications, particularly on Solana.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Anchor and creating smart contracts.

• Portfolio: Provide examples of previous work, especially any projects involving vaults or similar DeFi strategies.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with our CTO and Head of Quant & Strategies.

• Security Awareness: Strong understanding of security practices in DeFi to ensure the safety and integrity of the vault.
