Overview

This bounty recognizes teams that participated in the Solana Founders House CDMX (October 17-18, 2025) and successfully completed various development milestones and challenges during the two-day builder sprint.

Hosted by Shipyard MX with support from the Solana Foundation, this event brought together Mexican builders to ship real Solana projects for the Cypherpunk Hackathon.

Scope

This bounty covers achievement-based rewards for teams that demonstrated excellence across multiple challenge categories including:

• Development Milestones: Deploying contracts, building in public, and open-source contributions

• Technical Excellence: Smart contract implementation, on-chain proof of work, and user testing

• Sprint Performance: Speed-to-deploy achievements and mainnet deployments

• Innovation Bonuses: Protocol integrations and community-voted projects

Eligibility

Teams that:

• Participated in the Founders House event on October 17-18, 2025

• Completed one or more mini-challenges as outlined in the event guidelines

• Submitted verifiable proof of achievement (transaction links, repositories, demo videos, etc.)

• Were validated by the Shipyard MX organizing team

Reward Structure

Individual rewards are calculated based on cumulative achievement across multiple challenge categories completed during the event, with a maximum cap of $150 USD per team.

Submission Requirements

Winners have been pre-validated by event organizers. Teams should provide:

• Primary team wallet address for payment

• Confirmation of team members

• Final project links (if not already submitted)

Timeline

• Event Dates: October 17-18, 2025

• Validation Period: October 19-30, 2025

• Distribution: Within 7 days of final validation
