Track Overview

We are looking for research-type content focusing on three topics: Solana PDAs, Tokenization on Solana, and Token Extensions use cases for enterprises.

The submission should be an in-depth content piece of at least 2000 words, primarily oriented towards new developers looking to learn more about what they can build on Solana. Below are more details on the three topics to inspire ideas:

  1. PDAs - PDAs (Program Derived Addresses) are a powerful feature that can enable developers to simplify blockchain complexities for end users (but not only). PDAs can enable features like 2FA, social recovery and multi-signature while maintaining self-custody. Squads uses PDAs to provide multisig security to teams and organizations.

  2. Tokenization - Solana is well-suited for asset tokenization thanks to its low fees, high tx speed, developed DeFi ecosystem and native features like Token Extensions. There are few resources on the whys and hows of tokenizing assets on Solana.

  3. Token Extensions - A new Solana token standard that finally enable traditional enterprises to easily operate on Solana and launch permissioned tokens while being fully compliant.

Only the submissions covering one of those three topics will be considered for the track. If possible, the submission should also highlight the role of Squads and its role for developers working in these three verticals. Format for the submission can be either Notion or Google Docs.
