Design Earn's Talent Leaderboard (10kdesigners Exclusive)

Superteam Earn, a marketplace for freelance gigs and bounties, is excited to announce a design-focused bounty exclusively for students and alumni of 10kdesigners. Earn is looking for designers to help inspire our next (potential) product feature: the Talent Leaderboard.

Why a Talent Leaderboard?

Leaderboards, when done right, can be very effective in helping products achieve their goals by setting the right incentives for their users. At Superteam Earn, we want the leaderboard to help us achieve the following:

1. Incentivise people to submit high-quality work, consistently

2. Reduce overall spam

3. Inculcate a sense of healthy competition amongst our users with high intent

   1. We'd like to keep things fun: so anything social, or even banter-related is welcome

4. Make talent more discoverable

Scope of Work

Participants are tasked with strategizing and designing a Talent Leaderboard for Superteam Earn.

Basic Functionality Requirements

Functionality we'd like to see in your designs:

• Filtering by four major skill groups (Design, Development, Content & Others)

• Sorting based on some logic

• Some sort of tiering/ranking system

These are very basic requirements — we'd like to see your product chops and understand to see what other features/ideas you can come up with!

Deliverables:

1. Figma file: A final, production-ready design of the Talent Leaderboard

2. Google Doc or within the above Figma File: An outline of the rationale behind your design and product decisions for making the Talent Leaderboard

Judging Criteria: Practicality, creativity, and thoughtfulness of your final design + how well it fits within the existing functionality of Superteam Earn.

Rewards

The bounty will be distributed among the top three submissions as follows:

• 1st Place: $700 USDC

• 2nd Place: $200 USDC

• 3rd Place: $100 USDC

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

• Open exclusively to current students or alumni of 10kdesigners.

• Submit your work as a Figma file.

• Entrants not affiliated with 10kdesigners will be disqualified and may face restrictions from participating in future Superteam Earn opportunities.
