About the Bounty

Sumiro Studio is a conceptual design studio that turns raw ideas into complete startup concepts, from identity and interface to pitch, launch and software. For this bounty, Sumiro is looking for the best new startup idea that should exist on Solana. The goal is not to hear another vague “web3 app” pitch. The goal is to find a sharp, useful, launchable idea that takes advantage of Solana’s speed, low fees, culture, liquidity, wallets, payments, NFTs, DePIN, agents, stablecoins, consumer apps or developer ecosystem.

Your mission is to research Solana deeply and propose the best startup idea Sumiro should launch. Your Twitter/X thread should explain the idea in 3+ tweets, including the problem, target users, why Solana is the right network for it, how the product would work, how it could make money, what already exists, why the timing is right and why this could become a real company instead of just a feature. The best submissions will feel like a clear startup thesis, not just a random brainstorm.

The best product pitch will be built by Sumiro Studio in collab with the winners.

Your Mission

Become an expert on Solana startup opportunities and summarise your best idea in a Twitter/X thread with 3+ tweets.

Your thread should answer:

• What is the startup idea?

• What problem does it solve?

• Who is the target user?

• Why should this exist on Solana specifically?

• What makes the idea possible now?

• What would the first version of the product look like?

• How would it make money?

• What competitors or similar products already exist?

• Why is this better, faster, cheaper, or more useful than existing options?

• Why should Sumiro launch this?

Evaluation Criteria

Depth

• Did you research the Solana ecosystem properly?

• Did you identify a real user problem instead of inventing a fake one?

• Did you explain why Solana is the right place for this idea?

• Did you describe the product clearly enough that someone could imagine using it?

• Did you explain the business model?

• Did you look at existing competitors and explain their pros and cons?

• Did you explain why this idea is not just a feature, but could become a startup?

• Did you include a realistic path to the first MVP?

• Did you think about distribution, users, and go-to-market?

• Did your thread feel like a strong startup thesis?

Writing Style

• Is your writing easy and fun to read?

• Did you avoid vague crypto jargon?

• Did you explain the idea clearly enough for someone new to crypto to understand?

• Did your hook make people want to keep reading?

• Did every tweet add something useful?

• Did the thread feel native to Twitter/X?

• Did you make the idea feel exciting, practical, and launchable?

Submission Requirements

• Your thread must contain at least 3 tweets.

• Tag the sponsor in your thread.

• Tag @Superteam in your thread.

• Tag @SumiroStudio in your thread.

• Submit the link to your Twitter/X thread.

• Your idea must be original or have a clearly original angle.

• Low-effort AI-generated threads will not be accepted.

• The thread should focus on one strong idea, not a list of 20 random ideas.
