Superteam Australia | Merch Design Bounty

Overview

Superteam Australia is building the on-the-ground culture for builders, founders and institutions shaping internet capital markets.

From national launch events to hackathons, builder programs and institutional engagement, this bounty invites the community to design iconic Superteam Australia merch, including a core T-shirt, a members pin, and community stickers.

Selected designs may be produced and worn at events across the country and globally, giving creators real-world exposure across the Solana ecosystem.

🛠️ Scope of Work (Required)

Each submission must include:

1. T-Shirt (Core Artifact)

Design at least ONE original T-shirt that represents:

• Superteam Australia (flagship identity)
  OR

• A specific initiative (e.g. Launch Tour, Hackathons, Builder Programs, Institutional Series)

2. Superteam Australia Members Pin

Design a members-only pin that:

• Represents Superteam Australia membership

• Feels collectible and status-driven

• Can be worn at events (lanyards, jackets, hats)

• Is simple enough to manufacture (enamel pin style)

3. Community Stickers

Design a set of stickers that:

• Represent Superteam Australia and its culture

• Can be used across laptops, notebooks and events

• Include a mix of:

  • Logo-driven

  • Culture-driven

  • Internet-native / meme-adjacent (optional but encouraged)

📌 All three components (T-shirt, pin, stickers) are required.

🎨 Design Guidelines

Your designs should:

• Be wearable and usable in real-world environments

• Work across light and dark surfaces (state assumptions)

• Feel native to both builder culture and modern internet finance

• Minimal

• Builder-core

• Australia-inspired (subtle, not touristy)

• Crypto-native / Solana-forward

• Institutional-meets-internet (bridging both worlds)

✅ Submission Requirements

To be eligible:

• Post your submission on X (Twitter)

• Tag @SuperteamAU & @SuperteamEarn

• Include a short caption explaining:

  • The concept

  • Target audience (builders, founders, institutions, etc.)

  • Where it would be used (events, hackathons, daily wear)

• Include visuals for all three:

  • T-shirt mockup (flat or on-body)

  • Pin design (close-up, production style preferred)

  • Sticker set (grouped or individual)

• Submit original work only

• Credit all tools, references and inspiration used

• No copyrighted or unlicensed assets

Submission format

• Print-ready files (.AI, .SVG, .PSD, transparent .PNG)

• T-shirt: front + back variations

• Pin: production-ready vector

• Stickers: individual or sheet format

• Notes on production considerations

Winning designs may:

• Be produced for Superteam Australia events

• Be worn by founders, speakers and ecosystem leaders

• Be distributed to members as official merch

• Be featured across global Superteam initiatives

• Become part of future merch drops

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated on:

• T-shirt design quality (primary factor)

• Strength of the overall merch system (pin + stickers)

• Creativity and originality

• Fit with Superteam Australia culture

• Wearability and usability

• Production readiness (bonus)

Terms

• Participation is voluntary

• This is not a commissioned design role

• Superteam Australia may showcase selected designs with or without credit

• Individual feedback may not be provided

• Low-effort, plagiarised or off-brand submissions will be rejected
