Mission

Build the next generation of payments, fintech, AI-driven commerce, and financial automation on Solana as part of the Colosseum Frontier Hackathon.

This side track, launched by Superteam KZ × S1lkPay, is focused on products with real-world utility — from crypto payments and merchant tools to treasury automation, virtual card flows, and seamless stablecoin experiences.

We want to back founders building solutions that can evolve beyond the hackathon into real products with users, integrations, and transaction volume.

Hackathon Track Scope

This is an open-ended founder-focused track, with special interest in projects across:

• Payments infrastructure

• Stablecoin checkout & merchant tools

• Virtual card experiences

• Cross-border remittance flows

• AI-powered financial automation

• Payroll, treasury, and B2B settlements

• Embedded finance & fintech APIs

• Identity and compliance tooling

• Consumer payment applications

• Data and analytics for fintech

• Tokenized real-world finance

We are especially excited by products that demonstrate why Solana is the ideal execution layer — whether through instant settlement, low-cost transactions, programmable finance, or scalable consumer UX.

Submission Requirements

To qualify for this side track:

• Register for the official Colosseum Frontier Hackathon

• Submit your project to Frontier

• Meet all global hackathon rules

• The submission should clearly relate to payments, commerce, financial infrastructure, AI + fintech, or virtual card workflows

• At least one founder or contributor should have a meaningful connection to Kazakhstan or the Superteam KZ ecosystem

• Demo video, pitch deck, and documentation should clearly explain the problem, product, system architecture, why Solana, and go-to-market or user value

Private repos should include access for the judging team.

Judging Criteria

We will evaluate projects based on:

1. Product Value

   Does the project solve a meaningful real-world problem?

2. Technical Execution

   How strong is the implementation and engineering ambition?

3. Solana Usage

   Is Solana central to the product, settlement flow, or UX?

4. Commercial Potential

   Can this realistically become a startup, payment layer, or fintech API after the hackathon?

5. Founder Quality

   Does the team demonstrate speed, conviction, and the ability to keep shipping?
