Overview

Superteam Malaysia is building the home for Solana builders in Malaysia.
We are launching an open challenge to design and develop the official Superteam Malaysia website, a modern Web3 hub that showcases our community, events, members, and opportunities.

This challenge is not just about design.
We are looking for builders who can think, design, and ship real products.

The final website should reflect:

The global Superteam brand identity
Malaysia’s unique Web3 ecosystem
A scalable architecture ready for real-world use

About Superteam Malaysia

Superteam Malaysia is the local chapter of the global Superteam network, dedicated to empowering builders, creators, founders, and talent in the Solana ecosystem.

Our mission is to:

Support Solana builders in Malaysia
Connect talent with opportunities
Grow the Web3 ecosystem through events, education, and collaboration
Showcase Malaysian talent on the global stage

The website will become the digital HQ for Superteam Malaysia.

The goal is not to copy, but to adapt and innovate while maintaining alignment with the global Superteam brand.

Challenge Scope

Participants must design and develop a complete Superteam Malaysia website with the following pages and features:

Bold headline describing Superteam Malaysia’s mission
Subheadline with value proposition
Subtle Malaysian cultural elements (modern, minimal, not cliché)
Primary CTAs:

The Events section must integrate Luma as the event management platform.

5. Members Section — Member Spotlight

The Members section is a dynamic talent showcase, not a static list.

🧩 Content Management System (CMS) Requirement

The website must include a Content Management System (CMS) that allows Superteam Malaysia administrators to manage content without modifying the codebase.

CMS Capabilities

Admins should be able to:

Add, edit, and delete events
Manage member profiles and spotlight content
Update partner logos and ecosystem projects
Edit landing page content (text, images, links)
Publish announcements and community highlights

Preferred Implementation

Supabase as the backend CMS database
Admin dashboard interface for content management
Role-based access control (Admin / Editor)

Optional enhancements:

Headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi, Contentful)
Markdown-based content support
Media upload and asset management
Real-time updates

Objective

The goal is to ensure that Superteam Malaysia operates the website as a living platform, not a static website — enabling the core team to continuously update content without relying on developers.

🌟 Collaboration Opportunity (Post-Win)

Top-performing winners may be invited to collaborate with Superteam Malaysia as a temporary UI/UX Designer or Frontend Engineer to further develop and productionize the official Superteam Malaysia website.

This collaboration will allow winners to:

Work directly with the Superteam Malaysia core team
Contribute to a real Solana ecosystem product
Gain hands-on Web3 product-building experience
Potentially extend collaboration beyond the initial scope

Selection will be based on design quality, technical execution, and alignment with Superteam Malaysia’s vision.
