Superteam Malaysia is putting together the Crypto World's Fair hackathon. We're a community of Solana developers, designers, and marketers, and we're all about growing the Solana ecosystem right here in Malaysia. We want to empower talented individuals to build awesome stuff on Solana. This special track is part of our "Superteam MY x Superscrypt: Build Global, Buatan Malaysia" track.
Build a real-time Solana application using Solami's infrastructure that reads from the chain and, optionally, sends transactions.
Your project should be an open-source application that runs on Solana mainnet in real time. This could be anything from a trading bot or indexer to an alert system, dashboard, SDK, or other dev tool.
You'll need to:
Read data from the Solana blockchain using at least one of Solami's APIs.
Optionally, use Solami's Beam for sending transactions if your application requires it.
Open-source your project. If it is a private repository, please provide access to @civa (github ID)
Include metrics relevant to what your build is tracking or analyzing, such as:
24h volume and trade counts
Unique wallets
New token launches and pool creations
Liquidity movement (in and out)
Per-token price, holders, and buy/sell pressure
Stream and transaction landing health
You have access to the following Solami stack components:
RPC: Standard RPC functionalities, including WebSocket subscriptions.
Yellowstone gRPC: A high-throughput stream of accounts, transactions, slots, blocks, and entries, with server-side filtering and slot replay.
Mirage: Yellowstone data delivered over a plain WebSocket for easier client integration.
Blur: Decoded market data (trades, token launches, liquidity changes, new pools, candles) via REST or WebSocket, eliminating the need for instruction parsing.
Data API (api.solami.dev): For balances, historical data, and indexed lookups.
Webhooks: To push events to your endpoint instead of maintaining a continuous connection.
Beam: For priority transaction submission and landing.
Your project must use at least one Solami product meaningfully for its core functionality, not just a basic API call.
Provide a public GitHub repository (if private, provide access to @civa) with a clear README, including setup instructions, environment variables, and how to point it to a user's own Solami API key.
Submit a short 2-3 minute demo video (e.g., Loom) showing your application running live against Solana mainnet.
Your submission must be fully functional and run live to be judged. Non-operational submissions will not be considered.
Solami Usage: How well and meaningfully your project utilizes Solami's features beyond basic API calls.
Working Demo: The project must run live on Solana mainnet, with a clear demonstration of its functionality.
Build Quality: The code should be clean, reliable, and easy for others to understand and run.
Usefulness: The project should address a real problem or provide significant value for traders, builders, or general Solana users.
Creativity: We're looking for innovative uses of Solami's tools or unique combinations of its features.
Each participant will receive a Pro plan, which includes 200 requests per second for RPC and 2 unmetered gRPC streams.
