The ease with which anyone can deploy (and also vibecode) a Solana application today was unheard of just two years ago.The ecosystem has exploded: faster RPCs, better dev tooling, slicker launchpads, and cutting-edge features like Token Extensions, Solana Mobile, and State Compression.In this bounty, we are inviting you to bring out your laptops, pick a problem you actually care about, and build something you want to keep building. This time we are looking at long-term projects. Things you start now, keep shipping between hackathons, and bring back as a real startup to win the next global hackathon. Show the commitment. Build something that genuinely interests you. Your mission is to build a working Project on Solana that you can grow over time.The ideal submission will have:<ol class="list-node"><li>A team of 2 - 4 members (while solo-hacking is more than welcome)</li><li>A functional prototype or MVP deployed on the Solana blockchain.</li><li>A clear indicator of what problem statement it solves, and has a creative use case</li><li>A public GitHub repo with a clear README, a live link (if possible), and a 3-minute (max) demo video explaining the project and its broader implications.</li><li>Builds in public and shares the project on X/Linkedin</li><li>Brownie points for projects that explore and experiment with applications around <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://janamat.app/">Janamat</a>, open governance and civic data technology like zkid, zkpasport etc.</li></ol><h2 class="heading-node">Other Evaluation Criteria</h2>In addition to the criteria shared above, our judges will use the following criteria to judge your submissions:<ul class="list-node"><li>Problem Statement</li><li>Potential Impact</li><li>Business Case</li><li>UX</li><li>Product Functionality / Technical Implementation</li><li>Demo Video</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Your Submission needs to have a 3-minute (max) demo video posted on platforms like Loom/YouTube</li><li>A public GitHub repository and a clear README file with a project description</li><li>A live link, if applicable</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Ideas to Build</h2>We are not handing you ideas this time. Build something that matches the market sentiment right now, genuinely interests you, and is a startup-worthy prototype that you can submit in the next global Colosseum hackathon to win. Good projects will also be considered for further grant support by Superteam Nepal.Some tracks we are suggesting: mobile, open governance, prediction markets, and agentic apps. These are just suggestions. You do not have to build within them.
