Texture Creator Competition: Lending and Margin Account Feature Overview

About the Bounty
This current bounty is for content creators to do an overview of lending on Texture and the use of the margin account in lending.
The format of the overview is open – use any or all of video, animations, graphics, screenshots, text and voiceover to put together a thread or a video with the overview, and post it on Twitter.
Important: the submission must include an overview of the margin account. to be considered for this bounty.
In your submission, please include:
Description of lending on Texture and how to think about risks and returns as a lender
Step by step guide on how to create lending offers with the same liquidity across different token pairs using the margin account and the benefits in doing so
Extra credit will be given to:
Submissions where the creator has actually deployed the lending offers him/herself with some capital and that showcase the quantitative results (i.e. generated returns) of the outcome. This can be done with as little as $50-100 USDC equivalent or less of capital, showcasing % return and how it works in practice is what’s important here

How clear and engaging the submission is
Additional credit for demonstrating the capabilities of the margin account feature on a live example with actual or projected returns once your offers had been taken
