Trepa x Superteam Korea — Technical Writing Contest

Purpose

Trepa, with the support of Superteam Korea, is looking for a technical writer intern to support the team with technical content creation, including documentation, long-form articles and threads suitable for X and other social media platforms. The top 3 submissions will be fast-tracked for an interview with the opportunity of joining one of the fastest-growing companies in Solana and beyond.

Challenge

Create a classification (typology) of prediction/forecasting projects, focusing on the technology and mechanics behind them.

1. Group projects into categories based on things like:

   1. How outcomes are resolved (e.g., oracles, human review, automated feeds)

   2. What technical infrastructure they use (on-chain, off-chain, hybrid)

   3. Any other clear technical or mechanical dimension you find meaningful

2. For each category, analyze strengths and weaknesses (e.g., Pros/Cons or a simple SWOT analysis).

3. Pick real projects as examples and show how they fit into your categories.

The goal is to help people understand the different types of forecasting projects from a technical perspective, and what tradeoffs each type makes.

Bonus: Make ample use of illustrations, e.g. by using tools like Excalidraw to translate complex information into easy to digest visuals.

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria:

• Prioritization and justification of key technical dimensions to define the typology

• Demonstration of technical expertise and language optimized for clarity.

• In-depthness of the Pro/Con or SWOT analysis

• Submission is written in English, with proper grammar and clear formatting.

Bounty

The total prize pool is 2,000 USDC, distributed as follows:

• 1st - 1,250 USDC + interview fast-track

• 2nd - 500 USDC + interview fast-track

• 3rd - 250 USDC + interview fast-track
