Nansen is seeking a Project Manager to plan and execute a WebX side event: an AI workshop focused on leveraging AI agents for automated trading on Nansen. The role involves managing all aspects of the event, from scheduling and logistics to speaker relations and marketing, ensuring a successful 100-150 person event on July 13, 2026.

Project Manager: WebX Side Event "AI Workshop"We are organizing a joint event between Nansen and Superteam Japan to be held as an official side event for WebX on July 13th. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Planning &amp; Operations) to help lead this 100–150 person AI workshop to success!This time, we are tackling a highly practical and cutting-edge theme: "Leveraging AI agents like Claude Code to enable automated trading on Nansen." Project Overview</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Event Name: Nansen × Superteam Japan Joint Event (WebX Side Event)</li><li>Date: Monday, July 13, 2026</li><li>Scale: 100–150 attendees</li><li>Content: Automated trading workshop on Nansen utilizing AI agents (Claude Code, etc.)</li><li>Project Period: May 7, 2026 – July 13, 2026 (Event Day), plus post-event wrap-up</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">2. Job Description (JD)</h3>You will be responsible for managing the overall progress of the project and coordinating between various sections.<ul class="list-node"><li>Schedule Management: Monitoring task progress starting from May 7th.</li><li>Venue &amp; Equipment Arrangements: Finalizing venue bookings and adjusting the workshop environment (Wi-Fi, power supply, catering, etc.).</li><li>Speaker &amp; Sponsor Relations: Communicating with speakers and coordinating with partners (Superteam Japan, Solana Foundation, etc.).</li><li>Marketing &amp; PR Management: Managing event pages (Luma/Connpass) and directing social media announcements.</li><li>On-the-Day Operations: Allocating on-site staff, managing the time schedule, and troubleshooting.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">3. Ideal Candidate</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Has experience in event planning or project management (scale does not matter).</li><li>Has a strong interest in and understanding of the latest trends in the AI (AI agents, Claude Code, etc.) or Web3 (Solana, Nansen/on-chain data) spaces.</li><li>Is a self-starter who can work autonomously with a sense of speed.</li><li>Can communicate smoothly via tools like Slack and Discord.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">4. Compensation</h3>Compensation will be discussed on an individual basis, depending on your experience and expected working hours.<h3 class="heading-node">5.
