🧠 The Challenge

Superteam Vietnam is looking for talented storytellers and analysts to document our journey from January to June 2025. Your task is to write a comprehensive Impact Report that captures our achievements, highlights community contributions, and showcases how we helped grow Vietnam’s Web3 GDP through bounties, jobs, and hackathons.

This will not just be a retrospective—it’s a celebration of progress and a blueprint for future action.

🧩 What to Include

We’re looking for compelling narrative + real data. Suggested content includes:

• 📊 Metrics that matter:

  • of bounties posted/won by Vietnamese talent

  • of jobs created or filled

  • of hackathon wins and top placements

  • Community growth: events hosted, online engagement, local presence

• 🏆 Major milestones: partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations

• 🎯 Key programs: Zero-to-One, university hackathons, IRL meetups

• 💬 Voices from the community: quotes or short interviews with builders

• 🔮 Lessons learned + Proposing roadmap for next 6 months: please show your thoughts.

✅ Judging Criteria

• 📖 Clarity and storytelling: Is it well-written and engaging?

• 📈 Data and insight: Does it reflect real impact, not just activity?

• 🎨 Presentation: Can be a well-formatted blog post, Notion doc, or PDF.

• 🇻🇳 Local flair: Bonus if you highlight unique aspects of the Vietnam Web3 community.
