This bounty is about @FairScalexyz, which will have its ICO on January 19th. FairScale is a reputation infrastructure combining on-chain, social and soon off-chain analytics to provide every user with a dynamic FairScore. Allowing users to earn access and opportunity based on their reputation, and protocols to filter to high quality users.
