About FAIR.CLUB

FairClub is where founders raise private capital and investors discover curated private deals.

For founders, FairClub brings the fundraising process into one place. They can find investors, present their round, collect registered interest, manage deal documents, move through the legal process and coordinate governance after the round closes.

For investors, FairClub provides access to private deals brought to the platform by reputable curators. Curators review the team, the terms and the due diligence materials so investors can understand each opportunity more clearly.

Instead of founders and investors using a collection of disconnected tools, FairClub gives them one place to source, structure, close and govern a private round.

NOTE: FairClub is not a launchpad, we only facilitate equity rounds, SAFEs, SAFE-T’s etc

Your Mission:

Research FAIR.CLUB and create an original, engaging X thread of at least 8 posts explaining what we do - here are some idea’s to cover:

1. The trust and coordination problems in private capital formation today.

2. What FAIR.CLUB is and who it serves.

3. How FairClub works for founders, investors and curators.

4. How curation, diligence, private deal rooms, registered interest and reputation-aware access improve the fundraising process.

5. How FairClub differs from traditional launchpads (we’re not a launchpad), crowdfunding platforms and speculative token-launch platforms.

6. The role that Solana and onchain governance can play in creating better coordination and accountability.

7. Your genuine critique: what FairClub should improve, simplify or build next.
8. Why stable coins are going to play a major role in fundraising moving forwards (FairClub Specialises in raising capital with stable coins - Angel List, Republic, WeFunder etc don’t use stables)

Your thread should aim to educate, not simply promote. We would love a sharp point of view, accurate research and firsthand product observations - not just a verbatim rewritten version of our website or documentation.

Additionally we will be using this campaign to find creator talent to work with on all future paid campaigns for FairClub, and all the projects that raise through our platform - so bring your A game, and you might get an invite to our exclusive creator community.

Evaluation Criteria

• Did you research FairClub deeply?

• Does your thread talk about the key features of the company?

• Is your thread the one-stop-resource for people to get up to speed with this project?

• Is your thread easy to understand for people that have never been exposed to FairClub before?

• Did you avoid overly complex jargon, and AI slop?

• Make sure you tag @fairdotclub in your thread.

• A clear call to action at the end of the thread inviting readers to sign up as an investor, explore FAIR.CLUB and follow @fairdotclub.
