Hackathon Description

Two days to take your Solana project further than you thought possible.

Blockchain Hack Kraków (March 28-29) is your launchpad for the Colosseum Hackathon. Build an MVP, refine your pitch, and compete for $3,000 in prizes while getting battle-tested by mentors and the Solana community.

What you'll get:

The mission: Ship fast, pitch confidently, and position yourself to win Colosseum.
Project Eligibility: Projects must have been in development for no more than 2 weeks prior to the hackathon start date (March 28). Pre-existing ideas are welcome, but significant development must happen during or close to the event.

Pitch: Has to be IRL during the hackathon.

Judging Criteria

Your live pitch will be evaluated on:

1. Founder + Market Fit (20%)
   Does the team have the right skillset and experience to succeed in this market? Why are you uniquely positioned to solve this problem?

2. Insight (20%)
   Do you have a unique understanding of the problem space? Is there a new technology or trend creating an opportunity for your solution?

3. Product + Execution (15%)
   How well does your product work? How does it compare to alternatives? How quickly can you ship and iterate?

4. Potential Market Size (15%)
   How large is your total addressable market? Is it growing rapidly? What impact will your project have on market growth?

5. Founder Communication (15%)
   Can you clearly articulate your vision and inspire users/investors to join you?

6. Viability (15%)
   Is there a scalable, sustainable business here? Remember: Colosseum hackathons are startup competitions. Show us the business model.
