Project Eligibility: Projects must have been in development for no more than 2 weeks prior to the hackathon start date (March 21). Pre-existing ideas are welcome, but significant development must happen during or close to the event. Why are you uniquely positioned to solve this problem?</li><li>Insight (20%) Do you have a unique understanding of the problem space? How quickly can you ship and iterate?</li><li>Potential Market Size (15%) How large is your total addressable market? Is it growing rapidly?
