Build a Telegram AI Chatbot for User Support

Jupiter, the premier liquidity aggregator for Solana, is seeking a talented developer to create an AI-powered Telegram chatbot. This chatbot will serve Jupiter's community by addressing commonly asked questions, improving response times, and streamlining support processes.

Scope of Work

The selected developer will be responsible for:

1. Context Collection: Gather and organize context from Jupiter's Discord tickets bot (all tickets and responses), FAQ section, etc. to train the AI chatbot, in addition to general information about Jupiter, the community, etc.

   Note: Jupiter uses the Tickets bot for tickets and the candidate will be given access to the tickets dashboard to help collect context.

   
   

2. Chatbot Development: Build a functional Telegram chatbot. The bot might include button suggestions. Also, if the answers given by the bot are unsatisfactory, or if the bot doesn't have context for a user's question, then the bot should nudge the user to connect with a human support staff member.

   
   

3. Documentation: Make a small guide detailing the chatbot's functionalities, basic troubleshooting, and steps for updating its context for the Jupiter team.

Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000

Payment will be released upon successful completion of milestones, with specific terms to be negotiated directly with the selected candidate.

Ideal Candidate:
This project is ideal for individuals with:

• Previous experience in making Telegram bots.

• Experience in integrating and building products using LLM APIs

• Ability to work independently and deliver on tight deadlines.

• Previous experience with DeFi platforms is advantageous but not required.

Project Timeline:
The project is expected to commence immediately upon the selection of the right candidate.
