About Superteam Kazakhstan

Superteam Kazakhstan is the local hub of the global Superteam network. We support builders, founders, developers, and contributors across Kazakhstan as they learn, build, connect, and grow.

Through hackathons, education, mentorship, community programs, and global ecosystem opportunities, we help local talent turn ambitious ideas into working products.

Your Road to Colosseum Starts Here — Kazakhstan Side Track

The Superteam Kazakhstan Side Track is a local builder program connected to the Colosseum Global Hackathon.

Our goal is to help teams move from an idea to a working product, prepare a strong submission, receive expert feedback, and compete on the global Colosseum stage.

Participants will get access to:

Expert Mentorship: Receive feedback from experienced founders, developers, investors, and Solana ecosystem contributors.

Builder Workshops: Join practical sessions covering product development, technical architecture, user validation, go-to-market strategy, pitching, and demo preparation.

Submission Support: Prepare every required part of your Colosseum application before the deadline.

Demo Day: Present your product, receive feedback from judges, and demonstrate what your team has built.

Ecosystem Connections: Meet other builders, mentors, partners, and potential collaborators from Kazakhstan and the wider Solana ecosystem.

Hackathon Track Scope

We are especially interested in projects from the following categories:

  • Gaming

  • DePIN

  • Consumer Apps

  • AI Platforms / Agents

  • Payments & Remittance

These categories are priorities, not restrictions.

You may build in any category available on Colosseum. We welcome creative ideas that solve real problems, provide clear user value, and use blockchain technology meaningfully.

We are particularly interested in projects with:

  • a clearly defined problem and target audience;

  • a working product or convincing prototype;

  • thoughtful technical execution;

  • a realistic go-to-market plan;

  • early user validation or traction, where available;

  • a strong and committed founding team.

Eligibility

To participate in the Superteam Kazakhstan Side Track, your team must:

  1. Meet the official eligibility requirements of the Colosseum Global Hackathon.

  2. Register on the Colosseum platform and submit your project to the current global hackathon.

  3. Complete all required sections of the Colosseum application:

    • Project Details

    • Media and Code

    • Team Profiles

  4. Provide a direct link to the project’s GitHub repository.
    The link must lead to a specific repository, not a user profile or organization. Judges must be able to access the submitted code.

  5. Submit a product demo video.
    The video must be hosted on YouTube, Loom, or Vimeo, last no longer than three minutes, and show the working product. A slide deck or code walkthrough does not count as a product demo.

  6. Submit a separate pitch video.
    The video must be hosted on YouTube, Loom, or Vimeo and last no longer than two minutes. Introduce your team, explain what you are building, and tell us why your team is suited to build it.

  7. Ensure every team member completes their individual Colosseum submission profile.

  8. Pass Colosseum’s initial application review.

Incomplete Colosseum applications, inaccessible repositories, missing videos, or unfinished team profiles will not be eligible for the Kazakhstan Side Track.

Judging Criteria

Projects will be evaluated using the following criteria:

  • Problem and User Value: Does the project solve a meaningful problem for a clearly defined audience?

  • Product Execution: Is there a functional and convincing product or prototype?

  • Technical Quality: Is the implementation thoughtful, reliable, and appropriate for the product?

  • Ecosystem Impact: Can the project create meaningful value for the Solana or broader blockchain ecosystem?

  • Market Potential: Is there a credible path to users, adoption, or sustainable growth?

  • Innovation: Does the project introduce a creative idea, approach, or user experience?

  • Team Strength: Does the team have the relevant experience, commitment, and ability to continue building?

  • Pitch and Demo Quality: Does the submission clearly explain and demonstrate the product?
