For the Breakout Hackathon, we’re sponsoring a global and a local track focused on the exciting intersection of Data Science and Blockchain.We’re looking for teams who want to explore the full spectrum of what’s possible when you bring together large-scale data analysis, AI, process mining, and onchain activity. Whether you’re building dashboards, injectors, analyzers, or explorers — if it helps see, understand, or work with Solana data in new ways, we want to see it.<hr><h3 class="heading-node">🛠 Track Description &amp; Inspiration</h3>Apply data analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling to Solana’s rich transaction layer to:<ul class="list-node"><li>Explore ways to refine on-chain processes</li><li>Discover new business cases</li><li>Identify potential avenues for security enhancements</li><li>Experiment with advanced contract development</li><li>Make infra more observable, explainable, and accountable</li></ul>Some ideas to get you going (feel free to build on, remix, or completely ignore and build your own thing!):<ul class="list-node"><li>Stake Tracker: Visualize and analyze stake flows across Solana: e.g. native → LST, validator hopping, concentration trends, or delegation behavior.</li><li>Deep Transaction Inspector: A validator-facing tool to parse transaction data with metrics like TX profitability (bonus points for Grafana dashboards 👀).</li><li>Custom TX Injector for Jito Bundles: Bring new visibility or functionality into the MEV stack — built for validators.</li><li>Voting Token Distributor: Let stakers opt in and receive a voting token (or vote directly) via a simple UI — think quadratic voting, percentages, etc.</li></ul><hr><h3 class="heading-node">💸 Prizes</h3>🌍 Global Track – $10,000 USDC<ul class="list-node"><li>🏆 1st: $5,000</li><li>🥈 2nd: $3,000</li><li>🥉 3rd: $2,000</li></ul>Staking Facilities is also offering a local (German) track worth $5,000 open for participants based in Germany — <a class="link" href="https://earn.superteam.fun/listing/data-x-chain-where-data-science-meets-solana-local-track" target="_blank">click here</a> to have a look.
