Drive Attention to Segmento Projects

Background

Segmento is a platform that ties KOL and community activity directly to verified on-chain results for web3 projects — no more guessing whether a "shill" actually moved the needle. Live projects currently running campaigns on Segmento are listed here: https://app.segmento.tech/kol/campaigns. This bounty rewards the Superteam community for generating real, trackable attention for those projects.

Scope of Work

Pick one or more active campaigns from https://app.segmento.tech/kol/campaigns and create content that drives genuine attention to it. This can include:

• Twitter/X threads or posts explaining the project and why it matters

• Short-form video (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) breakdowns

• Written deep-dives (Mirror, Substack, etc.)

• Memes or visual content that spark real engagement (not spam)

All content must go through Segmento's own attribution tracking so impact is verified on-chain — submissions without proper attribution tagging won't be judged. In other words, each attribution (thread, video, deep dive, etc) must contain a link to the project generated through Segmento with a referral code. 

Requirements

• Must promote at least one project listed live on https://app.segmento.tech/kol/campaigns

• Must use that campaign's Segmento tracking link/tag

• Original content only — no repost farms, no bots, no purchased views

• Must follow the featured project's own brand guidelines where applicable

Rewards — two layers

1. Bounty prize pool — fixed pool, ranked payouts (1st/2nd/3rd) based on judged quality + verified attributed impact.

$500 in total

• 1st place - $250

• 2nd place - $150

• 3rd place - $100

2. Bonus from the project itself — on top of the Earn payout, some of the featured projects pay additional rewards directly, scaled to the performance your content actually drove (per that project's own campaign terms on Segmento). This is uncapped by the Earn budget and is where the real upside is for top performers.

Judging Criteria

• Verified on-chain/attributed impact via Segmento (primary factor)

• Quality and originality of content

• Genuine reach/engagement (not vanity metrics)

Deliverables

• Link(s) to published content

• X handle, so that the team can look at the performance within the Segmento app. Make sure you have your X handle registered in https://app.segmento.tech.
