Founders Fridays Graphic Design Challenge

We’re inviting designers from the Solana community to take part in our “Founders Fridays” Graphic Design Challenge!

About the Series 🌟 

"Founders Fridays" is a new weekly post series where we ask two identical questions to founders building on Solana. The goal is to spread the builder culture, explore what drives them to stand out from the crowd, and understand their motivation to create something new and unique. It's all about inspiration!

Your Task 🛠️ 

Design a versatile and eye-catching social media graphic template for “Founders Fridays”. The graphic must seamlessly fit the Superteam aesthetic while highlighting founders, the Solana ecosystem, and Superteam Poland.

Crucially, the design must act as a reusable weekly template and must include:

• A dedicated, well-integrated placeholder for a Founder’s Photo.

• Easily editable text fields for the founder's First Name, Last Name, and Company underneath or next to the photo.
  

Focus areas: Designers should explore the Superteam Poland identity and the dynamic culture of building on Solana. The design needs to be bold, recognizable, and crypto-native. Keep in mind that this graphic will be used repeatedly every Friday, so the layout must be practical for quick weekly edits (swapping photos and text) while remaining visually striking, professional, and engaging for the community.

Inspiration & Reference 💡

The conceptual idea for this challenge is similar to our standard "New Member" graphics (an example can be seen here: https://x.com/SuperteamPOL/status/2057783926085554371. 

For "Founders Fridays", we want to apply a similar structured, high-quality visual hierarchy to a founder spotlight, making a clear and powerful connection to the Solana ecosystem.

Scope Detail 🎨 

Creative concept - come up with a unique and engaging layout for our weekly founder spotlight.

Content creation - create a clean, readable graphic with intuitive placeholders for the image and text (Name, Company).

Theme connection - clearly reflect the Solana ecosystem, Superteam Poland vibes, and the entrepreneurial spirit of founders.

Engagement first - make it a prestige feature that founders would be proud to share with their own networks and followers.

Submission Requirements 📩 

Format: PNG, JPG, or PDF + Editable SVG file (required) must also be submitted via a shared drive link.

Judging Criteria 🏆

Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity and originality

Creativity and originality: How unique and inventive the concept behind the design is

Visual impact and readability: How striking, clear, and easy to understand the design is at first glance

Relevance: Connection to Superteam Poland, Solana builder culture, and the provided inspiration.

Production Quality: Overall readability, visuals, and polish of the thread

1st Place: 300 USDC

2nd Place: 150 USDC
