Teams should be serious about scaling, open to regulatory frameworks, and interested in launching or expanding in the UAE.<hr>Eligibility Criteria<ul class="list-node"><li>Submission to the official Solana Frontier Hackathon on Colosseum is mandatory to be eligible for this side track</li><li>At least one core team member holds valid UAE residency, OR the project is operated through a UAE-registered entity, OR the team shows credible intent to relocate (e.g. incorporation in progress, local partners, hiring plans)</li><li>Project must be built on Solana or use its core infrastructure with real technical use - not just conceptual alignment</li><li>Minimum: working prototype, MVP, or testnet deployment.
