What You Need To Do

You'll need to connect a Solana wallet. No staking required to start — you just play.

2. Play PumpCat.Fun for 3 consecutive days.

Each day is a new gauntlet of 7 cat encounters. Takes 5-10 minutes per session. Every cat tier you catch adds bonus yield tokens to your accumulated balance — Cat3 and Cat4 add small amounts, Cat5/6/7 add significantly more. Play every day and try to maximize your total.

3. At the end of day 3, decide what to do with your accumulated bonus yield.

Your accumulated bonus yield is locked GMYLD tokens with real market value. They're not claimable directly — to transform them into real money, you stake GMYLD (minimum 3,500 tokens, around $52 at current price) and keep playing. Each time you catch Cat5 or higher during real play, a portion of your locked bonus releases into your wallet alongside your real yield.

If you don't stake, the bonus expires. You lose what you accumulated, but you owe nothing.

Description

GMYLD is a gamified yield protocol on Solana. Instead of passive APY, token holders stake and earn real yield by playing daily games that determine how yield releases from the pool. First game is PumpCat.Fun — 7 sequential cat encounters per day. Reach higher tiers and real yield unlocks. Miss and a laughing cat roasts you on the way out.

No VCs. No angel rounds. No insider allocations. Fixed 100M supply. Everyone enters the same way.

Two kinds of yield worth understanding:

• Real yield is what stakers earn from their staked position when they catch tiers during real play. It's released directly from the protocol pool based on your stake size, maturity, and the cat you catch. This is the core mechanic of the protocol.

• Bonus yield is what you accumulate during this 3-day trial before staking. It sits in a locked balance that only becomes usable if you stake and start unlocking it through real play. Think of it as a head start — you build up a reserve during the trial, then convert it into actual tokens by playing for real.

We just shipped this bonus yield mechanic and want to know if it works. We're not looking for promotional content. We're looking for honest feedback from real players.

If at the end of 3 days you decide the bonus isn't worth staking for, that's fine — we want to hear that too. If you decide to stake and unlock it, great. Either outcome qualifies for payment. What matters is the honesty of your report.

What We Want In The Written Report

This is what qualifies you for the $5 base payment. Keep it short and direct — 200-400 words is fine. No polished prose needed.

Answer these:

• How much bonus yield did you accumulate over 3 days? (GMYLD and USD value)

• How many sessions did you play? How many resulted in catching Cat5 or higher?

• At the end of day 3, did you stake to start unlocking the bonus, or let it expire? Why?

• If you didn't stake, what specifically stopped you? The stake amount? The protocol? The game? The bonus not feeling meaningful enough?

• If you did stake, what pushed you over the line?

• What was confusing about the experience?

• Did you use the yield estimator or the live yield feed on the landing page? If yes, did they influence your thinking?

• Would you play Season 2? Why or why not?

Submit this report privately via DM or the submission form. This is for us, not for public posting.

What We Want In The X Post (Optional — competes for tweet prize)

Separate from the report. This is what you post publicly. Don't tweet the answers to our questions — the report stays private.

The tweet should be a natural, honest take on your experience:

• A thread documenting your 3 days (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3)

• A single post with a screenshot of your accumulated bonus and your decision

• A short video or screen recording of gameplay with commentary

• Any other format that authentically captures what happened

Include a real screenshot of your accumulated bonus balance. Show actual gameplay. Tag @gamifiedyield.

If you think the protocol sucks, say it sucks. If you're hooked, say that. If you're unsure, say you're unsure. Honest mixed takes are more valuable than polished positive ones. Posts that read as paid shilling will not qualify for the tweet prize.

The X post must stay up for at least 7 days.

What We Appreciate

In reports: Honesty and specificity. We don't need you to be a writer. We need concrete details — numbers, moments, friction points. "I accumulated $8 and the bonus wasn't big enough to make me want to stake $52" is more useful than "great protocol, enjoyed my time." Reports that honestly identify problems with the bonus mechanic, the onboarding, or the game are worth more to us than reports that tell us everything is great.

In tweets: Authenticity over polish. A raw "Day 2, got wrecked by Cat4 three times, not sure what maturity even does yet" beats a designed infographic reading like a press release. We want posts that feel like real players sharing real experiences — wins, losses, confusion, the taunting cat, the moment something clicked or didn't. Real screenshots, real gameplay, real reactions.

The posts that stand out will have: specific moments from gameplay, actual numbers from your accumulated bonus, honest takes on whether the mechanic worked for you, and genuine engagement from your audience (replies, questions, discussion — not just likes from engagement pods).

On the Tweet Prize — Read This Carefully

We're awarding cash prizes to the best tweets we receive, but we're not obligated to award every prize position.

If only 2 people submit tweets and both are decent, we'll award 1st and 2nd and leave the rest unpaid. If 30 people submit tweets but only 5 are genuinely good, we'll award those 5 and skip anyone who didn't meet the quality bar. If no tweets are worth rewarding, we won't pay the tweet prize at all.

What this means in practice:

• Submitting a tweet is not a guarantee of additional payment beyond the base

• Low-effort tweets, copy-paste shilling, AI-generated content, or posts that just tag us without substance won't qualify for any tweet prize regardless of how few competitors there are

• The $5 base for your written report is separate and guaranteed for valid reports — the tweet competition is its own thing

• We'd rather leave prize money unpaid than reward low-effort content just because the competition was weak

This is deliberate. We want honest, thoughtful documentation. We're not paying for volume.

What NOT To Do

• Don't copy-paste tokenomics from the whitepaper

• Don't tweet promotional fluff — your audience can tell and so can we

• Don't submit an AI-generated report. We read them.

• Don't skip days — we can see session activity on-chain

• Don't screenshot someone else's results

Did You Actually Play?

We verify on-chain. No real play means disqualification from both the base payment and any tweet prize. Submissions without evidence of 3 days of real play, across a wallet that actually accumulated bonus yield, will be rejected.

Why The Base Pay Is Low

Some Superteam bounties pay more per user up front. We kept the base flat and low for two reasons.

First, we're paying for honest feedback, not reach. A thoughtful written report from someone who played seriously is more useful than many casual submissions. Low base payment filters for people genuinely interested in the protocol rather than pure bounty hunters.

Second, the real upside here is the tweet competition and the Season 2 perks for top reports. If you put in genuine effort on your tweet, the prize pool is meaningful. If you write an excellent report, the ambassador invitation is ongoing earning beyond this bounty. The structure rewards quality over showing up.

The bonus yield you accumulate during the 3-day trial is locked GMYLD tokens with real market value — to transform them into real money, you need to stake (minimum ~$52 at current price) and keep playing to release them through real gameplay. If you don't stake, the bonus expires and you owe nothing. Real yield you release through staked play is yours to keep. Tweet prize positions will only be awarded if submitted content meets our quality standards, regardless of total competitor count. We cannot provide individualized feedback on every submission.
