Every great company starts with an inspiring founder who dared to build something different. Your task is to choose your favorite tech startup founder from Poland and create an engaging post, thread, or video about them. Tell the community who they are, what amazing product or company they built, and why their journey inspires you as a builder.

Use their story as the ultimate hook to invite the audience to our upcoming NextGen Founders meetup. Show them that Superteam Poland is the exact place where the next generation of local tech leaders is being born right now.

Creative concept: focus on authentic storytelling, highlighting the human element and the grind behind a successful Polish tech startup 

Content creation: produce a short video, a crisp thread, or a LinkedIn post using real-world examples and clear hooks 

Theme connection: bridge the inspiration from your chosen founder directly into the NextGen Founders event, positioning Superteam Poland as the ultimate tech hub 

Engagement first: make it highly shareable for the local startup ecosystem, tech students, and aspiring entrepreneurs

Judging Criteria 🏆

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 

Storytelling Quality: How compelling and inspiring your breakdown of the chosen Polish founder is 

Event Conversion: How effectively you pitch the NextGen Founders meetup and make people genuinely want to show up 

Reach and Engagement: Overall visibility, comments, and organic traction your post gets across the tech community
