Proof of Skill Challenge: Business Internship

Overview

Superteam UK is supporting early talent in the Solana ecosystem. This bounty is exclusively for experienced business professionals (e.g. growth, operations, recruitment, strategy) but have NOT yet secured paid business jobs in the web3 space.

If you provide a high quality submission, even if you don’t win, you’ll be recorded as a Mid-Skill Business Professional in Superteam UK’s talent database, and will be recommended for appropriate job opportunities in the Solana ecosystem.

Your Mission

You will conduct a short business project (5-10 hours of work) for a top startup company in the Solana UK ecosystem. The exact work will depend on the needs of the startup, but will likely consist of one of:

• Conducting a competitor analysis and working with the founding team to nail the startup elevator pitch and differentiators/unique selling points

• Providing an investor-style review of the startup slide deck, providing feedback and making improvements to get the materials investor-ready

• Developing a go to market or recruitment strategy, in sufficient detail that it is executable by the startup based on their skillset and available resources

Submission Requirements & Prerequisites

• Write a one-pager post-internship note summarising the name of the startup, the work you completed, and the feedback you received from the founding team on your work completed. We will check with the startup to confirm the accuracy of your submission.

• This challenge is exclusively for Experienced Business Professionals, but who have not yet secured paid employment in a web3 role, and has not previously passed a mid-skill challenge bounty. Any submissions out of this scope will be disqualified, and your Superteam Earn credit will not be refunded.
