Proof of Skill Challenge: New Business Professionals

Overview

Superteam UK is supporting early talent in the Solana ecosystem. This bounty is exclusively for new business professionals (e.g. growth, operations, recruitment, strategy) in the web3 space. If you provide a high quality submission, even if you don’t win, you’ll be recorded as a Business Professional in Superteam UK’s talent database, and will be invited to business-only telegram groups, events and other initiatives.

Your Mission

Create a short (max 5 page) report, presentation or video outlining a business review of a vertical/segment of the Solana ecosystem (e.g. Stablecoins, AI, RWA, DePIN). Your submission should include a summary of the top startups in that vertical, the problem(s) they are solving, their web2/traditional competitors and the value proposition/differentiation that blockchain offers for this niche.

Your submission should also include analysis of a specific business challenge this niche faces, and a potential solution. For example, propose a go to market strategy, a recruitment tactic, or a product enhancement.

Ensure all content is original (no plagiarism). AI may be used if it is value adding and increases the quality of the report. Submissions that are wholly AI generated on vague prompts will not pass!

Submission Requirements & Prerequisites

• Share a link to your content, ensuring it’s publicly visible (it can be on social media, or a google drive link)

• This challenge is exclusively for New Business Professionals, who have not yet secured paid employment in a web3 role, and have not previously passed a business challenge bounty. Any submissions out of this scope will be disqualified, and your Superteam Earn credit will not be refunded.
