The rapid advancement of blockchain and cryptocurrencies is reshaping the global economic landscape, challenging traditional notions of work and organisational structures. While artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionised various aspects of our lives, impacting sectors like healthcare, business, and daily interactions.
As these technologies proliferate, there is a significant need to understand their broader socio-cultural and economic impacts. This research bounty seeks to explore the intersection of anthropology, technology, and society, focusing on how Blockchain/Web3 and AI are influencing work cultures, social structures, and human behaviour.

4. Local Experiment: Design and possibly execute a localised study or experiment to observe first-hand the adoption and impact of blockchain, crypto-based and AI work models in specific communities, assessing social, economic, and cultural shifts.
- Literature Review: Submit a detailed synthesis of scholarly articles, papers, and other relevant documents that outline the social impacts of decentralised & AI technologies on work environments.
- Anthropological Analysis: Provide a comprehensive report detailing qualitative research findings, including interviews, ethnographic studies, and case studies that explore the anthropological aspects of decentralisation & AI.
- Technical/Statistical Approach: Offer a report with data visualisations and models that analyse trends in decentralised & AI work models, accompanied by predictions on future developments.
- Local Experiment: If applicable, submit a detailed case study or report on the local experiment conducted, including methodology, data collected, analysis, and conclusions on the socio-economic and cultural implications observed.
- Research Papers: Detailed academic papers for each of the suggested research angles, complete with methodology, analysis, and conclusions.
- Presentation Slides: Slides suitable for academic or industry presentations that summarise key findings and insights.
- Raw Data and Models: Where applicable, provide access to the datasets used, data models, and analysis scripts.
- Depth of Analysis: The research should provide a profound insight into the effects of decentralisation technologies on societal structures.
- Methodological Rigor: The methodology should be robust, appropriate for the research angle chosen, and capable of supporting the conclusions drawn.
- Innovativeness: The research should offer new insights or novel approaches to understanding the impacts of decentralised technologies.
- Clarity and Coherence: The findings should be presented clearly and logically, making complex ideas accessible to a broad audience.
