TxODDS World Cup India Buildathon

TxODDS is one of the world's leading sports data and odds providers, and TxLINE is its data layer — every update cryptographically signed and anchored on Solana, so your smart contract can verify match results on-chain without an external oracle.

TxODDS is running a global hackathon: $50,000 in prizes through Superteam Earn, split across three tracks:

1. Prediction Markets and Settlement

2. Consumer and Fan Experiences

3. Trading Tools and Agents

The India Buildathon

Superteam India is running a Buildathon alongside the global hackathon, with a $1,000 prize pool for builders in India.

This pool is exclusively for projects built for the three global tracks above. You have full freedom in what you build and how you build it — any product, any approach — as long as it fits one of the three tracks and uses TxLINE as its primary data source.

Standalone projects outside these tracks will not be considered, and existing projects with a TxLINE integration added on top do not qualify. Every submission must be new and built specifically for this hackathon.

Deadline for the Buildathon: July 13, 11:59 PM IST.

The global tracks run on their own timeline through July 19.

Submission Requirements

How to participate:

• Pick one of the three global tracks

• Build a functional product using TxLINE data

• Submit your project to the global track listing

• Submit the same project to this listing as well

Dual submission is mandatory — without it, you are not eligible for the India prize pool. With it, the same project competes for both the global track prizes and the India pool.

AI Assistants

You are welcome and encouraged to use AI assistants for research, feedback, quality, and even editing of your submission. Participants should focus on adding their own narrative, insights, and opinions to the submission.

FAQ

Do I really need to submit twice?
Yes. Submit to your chosen global track listing and to this listing. Both, by the deadline. Miss either one and you're out of the India pool.

Can I build anything I want?
Within the three tracks, yes — the direction, stack, and scope are entirely yours. But the bounty only covers World Cup Hackathon builds. A project that doesn't fit one of the three tracks won't be considered.

Can the same project win both a global prize and the India pool?
Yes. One project, submitted to both listings, is eligible for both.

Can I submit an existing project with TxODDS integrated now?
No. All submissions must be built specifically for this hackathon.

Who can participate?
Individuals and teams of 1 to 3, based in India, eligible to receive prizes through Superteam Earn. The data is free — all premium World Cup feeds are unlocked for the duration of the hackathon.
