<h2 class="heading-node">About the Bounty</h2>If you have not spent the last few months under a rock, you know that prediction markets have taken over, with major platforms like Kalshi crossing $2.3B in weekly volume last week.Onchain prediction markets enable you to buy and sell yes/no event contracts on real-world outcomes like elections, sports, inflation, weather, and economic releases. Each contract’s price reflects the market’s probability of the event, allowing users to speculate or hedge against uncertainty with deep, global liquidity.They are quickly becoming people’s primary sources for information, purely driven by capital markets.In this bounty, we are inviting you to bring out the camera and dive deep into the world of prediction markets. Your mission is to create a visual deep dive into the State of Prediction Markets on Solana and crypto at large. The ideal submission will be:<ol class="list-node"><li>A talking-head style/storytelling video that would walk the viewer through the current ecosystem landscape of onchain prediction markets.</li><li>Diving deep into the core concept of prediction markets, different mechanisms, and the entire ecosystem, commenting on recent updates across platforms, new projects, recent news, state-of-the-art innovation, ideas for the future, RFPs for builders, and potential opportunities.</li><li>An engaging, fun-to-watch, and easy-to-understand resource for anyone to learn about prediction markets, recent developments, and the future.</li><li>Suggesting ideas for improvement, interesting product ideas, and opportunities for new startups.</li><li>Featuring one or more people vs just being an animated video</li></ol><h2 class="heading-node">Other Evaluation Criteria</h2>In addition to the criteria shared above, our judges will use the following criteria to judge your submissions:<ul class="list-node"><li>Did you give a compelling introduction and a satisfying conclusion?</li><li>Is your video easy to understand?</li><li>Did you avoid overly complex jargon?</li><li>Did you explain concepts in a way a person new to crypto could understand?</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Your submission needs to be a video featuring one or more people published on a public platform like X or YouTube. Google Drive and other draft links are not acceptable for this bounty.</li><li>Your submissions should be in English.</li><li>Your submission should be at least one minute long. The ideal submissions would be 1-3 minutes long.</li><li>You should include links to your sources in the following tweet/description of your video. If you have used external sources and no references are included, your bounty could be rejected on the grounds of plagiarism.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">AI Assistants</h3>You are welcome and encouraged to use AI assistants for research, feedback, quality, and even editing of your submission. Participants should focus on adding their own narrative, insights, and opinions to the submission.<h2 class="heading-node">Terms</h2>Participation in this bounty is entirely voluntary. Bounties are a way to learn and dabble in opportunities to build in web3. These are neither full time jobs nor project based engagement.
