Mission

The Brain Drain Wall is an interactive site documenting the brain drain of founders and talent from the UK, with a counter of what the country is losing, real reasons shared from people who’ve left, and a directory of organisations fighting to keep talent here.

We want the internet talking about it.

Your job: create content that spreads the Wall and gets people to visit, submit their reasons for leaving the UK, why they’re thinking of leaving, or why they choose to stay.

Submission Criteria (Non-negotiable)

You must fit one of these:

• Based in the UK or

• Left the UK (founder, builder, creator, or skilled worker who moved abroad) or

• Currently weighing up whether to leave or

• Chooses to stay in the UK

If none of these apply to you, this bounty isn’t for you. 

Scope Detail

Options for content:

• Written content: X threads, LinkedIn posts, X Article posts, or newsletter features about the Wall, the reason behind it, or your own brain drain story

• Video: TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or long-form. Reaction to the site, showing how to use the site, your own leaving story, data breakdowns, or street interviews, etc.

• Strong angles: your personal exodus story tied to the Wall, what the talent loss counter numbers actually means (links below provided for reference) why you’re staying despite everything, or a walkthrough of the site itself.

Must link to braindrainwall.co.uk and tag @SuperteamUK.

Don’t misquote the data; don’t make up data. Sufficient research expected for submissions.

• Authenticity (15%): comes across as a genuine perspective
